I lveo that composition, very unbalanced still very interasting.
you used polarizer to get such a nice, smoot sky or you retouched the photo in PS??

Thanks mate for this constructive comment.
I've been using a red filter on my lens - it increases contrast for b&w pictures.
The camera I used was Mamiya 645 (medium format). I cropped and toned in PS - but nothing more.
And I'm glad you enjoyed the result ! Happy new year :-)

I've never seen a beach hut like this before, only in older photographs. It's nice that you've been able to find one and then incorporate the heavy grain and sepia tones, you've only played on the old feeling further - in a highly tasteful way! :D

What grabs my attention is how barren this shot is - hardly any people on the beach, perfectly flat with sand stretching as far as the eye can see. Those clouds really add a grand sense of size and depth to the shot as well.
